On 18 December 2023, IFAPA organised a dynamic session on the circular bioeconomy at its Mojonera centre in Almeria (Andalusia-Spain), in line with Action 2 of the Andalusian Regional Action Plan: “Awareness-raising about circular bioeconomy potential as study field and job career among youth and students”.
Aimed at informing students studying agriculture, forestry, and horticulture, stimulating interest and promoting career opportunities in the circular bioeconomy, the session highlighted sustainable agricultural practices and impactful research projects such as ROBIN and RECICLAND 2.0. (Demonstration and information activities for managing solid waste from protected horticulture).
