The ROBIN Workshop Event held on June 25th, 2024, at Assembly House in Waterford, was a resounding success.

Co-organised by the Southern Regional Assembly in collaboration with Munster Technological University, the workshop aimed to delve into the functionalities and applications of the ROBIN Toolbox, sharing successful case studies and gathered valuable feedback crucial for shaping the bioeconomy strategy in the southern region of Ireland.

The event attracted 12 participants from various regional sectors, including research, academia, national bodies, regional bodies, and local entities. Their suggestions enhanced the session by addressing challenges and suggesting areas for improvement in current policies and regulations.

The workshop also featured insightful discussions highlighting the contributions of the ROBIN Toolbox to rural and regional bioeconomy development.
